Designer Retainer Fee
Upon receipt of our retainer fee, we will begin the process of designing your personalized space.
Design Retainer is 10% of the estimate provided for each room and is due upon signing of this agreement. Please note, each room's retainer will be applied towards the cabinetry for that room only.
We Measure
We take all appropriate measurements and photographs at your home.
We interview you to ascertain your needs and wants for your kitchen design or remodeling project and how you plan on using the desired space.
Space Planning
We draft a layout for your desired project, including cabinet usage.
Complete Design
We prepare a detailed floor plan and elevation drawings of the area to be designed for cabinetry selected by the client. We indicate the placement of equipment, materials, fixtures, and equipment specified or furnished by Landmark Kitchen Design, Inc. We recommend other materials or decor items that would have a direct bearing on the design and prepare a detailed proposal and consult with the client to bring every detail into clear focus.
Installation
We will refer reputable contractors for your project or work closely with your own selected contractor. We collaborate closely with your contractor to provide a smooth and efficient process.
